*Sometimes* an enjoying some downtime can WILL stop however not regularly. you never know. It's happened to me....going to BROOKLYN!!
Try not to trouble w/taxi applications in NYC. Drivers needn't bother with them or have room schedule-wise to try and take a gander at Taxi Eindhoven.
On the off chance that it's raining....pray. Or then again, pay additional ahead of time for a Black TLC vehicle.
